Deliveries & returns.

Standard Delivery.

Online service typically occurs between 3 to 7 days. When your payment is processed, you will be notified that the project has commenced and communication will be maintained through the designing process until completion.

Return Policy.

Due to the digital nature of our online services, if you are not satisfied with the initial presentation provided by us, you may request a refund within 7 days of the project start date. If we receive your refund request after the 7 day period then we will not be able to process it, however, you will still be working under our 100% guarantee policy that entitles you to receive unlimited concepts and revisions until final approval on our designs.

Additionally, refunds are only available to the actual Client for whom the design was created. No refund is available for design firms or for those who order our design services on behalf of another entity. Furthermore, you shall forfeit the right to the refund outlined above if you request additional revisions to any of the initial concepts. You shall also forfeit the right to a refund if you do not respond in a timely manner to a status notification from us. Additionally, you acknowledge that you will have no right (express or implied) to use any of the work produced by us, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any service to any client for any reason. If delivery is refused after payment is made, we will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. We do not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds. We are not responsible for any foreign transaction or currency exchange fees.

Refunds & Exchanges.

If a product does not contain any defects, we will be unable to refund the order due to buyer’s remorse. Furthermore, due to the nature of this digital asset, no refunds are available for this purchase from 7 days of the start date of the project.

Repair or Replacement.

Quality control is kept to a high standard. However, it may be the situation that our digital creation service may accidentally let through an asset that has missing components. This could be due to a developing error or fulfilment error.

We are happy to repair or replace any digital content that is of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described. We only require proof of purchase and proof of receiving the digital download email.

This requires you to forward to ProjektID the sent asset email that you had received, in order for us to repair or replace the digital asset.

Genuine Mistake.

If you’ve made a genuine mistake with an online service purchase, it’s worth contacting us to see if you may be able to receive a refund or exchange the service for the one you really want. We will require proof that you have genuinely made a mistake in the purchase and this adheres to our digital return policy.
