Who can apply?

To ensure top-quality client outcomes, we vet all Service Providers based on the following criteria:

  1. Proven Experience: Minimum one year of professional experience in your field (such as web development, UX/UI design, marketing, copywriting, SEO, and so on).

  2. Portfolio or Case Studies: Demonstrate past work through a website, PDF portfolio, or links to live projects.

  3. English Proficiency: While ProjektID is based in Spain, our primary communication language is English. We provide translation support for non-native speakers.

  4. Reliable Infrastructure: Stable internet connection, appropriate software or tools, and the ability to meet deadlines.

  5. Legal & Financial Details: Valid government-issued ID or business registration, active PayPal account for payments, and proof of local tax compliance where applicable.

 

How it works.

Application Submission:

  • Complete the Service Provider sign-up form with your personal/business details, service offerings, and portfolio links.

  • Agree to ProjektID’s Terms & Conditions for Service Providers (including confidentiality and data protection policies).

Vetting & Onboarding:

  • Our team reviews your application, verifies credentials, and may request a brief interview or skills test.

  • Approved applicants receive a welcome email with access credentials to our Service Provider back office.

Project Matching:

  • Based on your listed skills, availability, and rates, ProjektID’s project managers will assign you to suitable client projects.

  • You review the project scope and timeline, then confirm your acceptance.

Collaboration & Delivery:

  • Work closely with ProjektID’s internal teams, attend kickoff calls, provide regular progress updates, and submit deliverables through our project management system.

  • Adhere to ProjektID’s quality standards and client branding guidelines.

Payment & Review:

  1. Upon project completion and client approval, you submit an invoice to ProjektID.

  2. Payments are processed via PayPal (see “Payment & Fees”), and you receive performance feedback to improve future engagements.

  • IT & Technical Support: Network setup, server maintenance, cybersecurity assessments, remote assistance

If your specialised service is not listed, please still apply and specify your niche, ProjektID continually expands its service offerings to meet unique client demands.

 

Payment and fees.

  • Compensation Structure: Project rates are negotiated on a per-project or hourly basis. ProjektID invoices clients directly; you invoice us for your share.

  • PayPal Processing: All payments are disbursed via PayPal. By requesting a payout, you acknowledge that PayPal may charge transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or cross-border transfer fees, which could reduce the final amount received. We recommend reviewing PayPal’s current fee schedule. ProjektID is not responsible for any deductions made by PayPal or other financial intermediaries.

  • Invoicing Guidelines:

    • Submit your invoice within 14 days of project completion.

    • Include your Service Provider ID, project code, hours worked or deliverables completed, and total amount due (in EUR).

    • Late invoices (beyond 30 days) may be subject to a processing delay or reviewed for resubmission.

Once your application is approved, you gain access to our Service Provider Portal, featuring:

  • Project Dashboard: View current and upcoming assignments, deadlines, and project briefs.

  • Messaging Center: Communicate securely with ProjektID project managers and, when applicable, directly with clients.

  • Resource Library: Download brand assets, style guides, and any proprietary tools or templates required for your deliverables.

  • Invoice Tracker: Monitor the status of submitted invoices, payment history, and any outstanding balances.

  • Performance Metrics: Receive feedback scores based on client satisfaction and delivery timelines, helping you improve and unlock priority assignments.

 

Application process and timeline.

Sign-Up & Submission: Complete the online application (≈10 minutes).

  1. Verification & Review (1–3 Business Days): We’ll verify credentials, review your portfolio, and may schedule a brief interview.

  2. Onboarding & Portal Access (Next Business Day): Once approved, you receive Portal credentials.

  3. First Assignment (Within 1 Week): We match you with a suitable project and share the details for your review.

Our onboarding process is designed to be swift and transparent, allowing you to start earning as soon as possible.

 

Terms and conditions.

All Service Providers must agree to ProjektID’s standard Terms & Conditions for Independent Contractors, which include:

  • Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure: Maintain strict confidentiality of all client and ProjektID proprietary information.

  • Intellectual Property: All work products created under ProjektID projects become the exclusive property of the client, with full transfer of rights upon payment.

  • Compliance: Adhere to local labor laws, tax regulations, and any project-specific compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

  • Code of Conduct: Maintain professional communication, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination from the Service Provider Programme.

Do I need a business license to apply?
If you operate as an individual freelancer, a business license is not mandatory; however, you must comply with your local tax and legal obligations. If you run a registered company, please provide your business registration details.

What is the minimum project size?
Project scopes vary. We typically assign tasks that require at least 5 billable hours or a minimum project value of €250. Smaller tasks may be grouped into a larger engagement.

Can I work on multiple projects simultaneously?
Yes, provided you can meet all deadlines and maintain quality. Ensure you update your availability in the Portal to avoid overcommitment.

How does communication work if I don’t speak English fluently?
ProjektID’s default language is English. We integrate translation software into our back office and encourage non-native speakers to use tools like Google Translate or DeepL. Critical project documentation will be provided in English, but we can supply auxiliary translations when requested.

How are disputes handled?
If a client dispute arises, ProjektID’s Project Management team will mediate. You’re expected to provide evidence of work completed (e.g., time logs, design drafts). Our goal is to resolve any issues fairly and transparently.
